Introduction

As an MFT student intern, I focus on all types of relationships, including romantic, family, sibling, and even your relationship with yourself and the world around you. I work with individuals, couples, and families. My approach is warm, collaborative, and systemic. I believe you are the expert on your own life, and I’m here to help you explore your experiences, see the bigger picture, and identify changes that feel meaningful to you. I work with a broad range of concerns, with particular interest in anxiety, stress, life transitions, parenting, and relationship challenges. I’m especially interested in supporting women through life transitions, couples navigating relationship concerns, and families with young children adjusting to parenthood. I have also completed Gottman Method Couples Therapy Level 1 training, which informs my work with couples experiencing communication difficulties, conflict, and disconnection. I currently offer therapy services at no cost.
