I am a licensed psychologist and mental health counselor with experience working with youth and adults. I hold a PhD in School Psychology from the University of Washington, and, in addition to my private practice, I serve as a mental health clinician and intern supervisor in community mental health. I am a PSYPACT-authorized psychologist and can provide virtual therapy services to any client residing in a U.S. state participating in PSYPACT. My therapeutic work is relational and integrative, grounded in attachment-based, parts-oriented, and psychodynamic perspectives. Drawing from Emotion Focused Individual Therapy (EFIT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), and psychodynamic psychotherapy, I support clients in exploring how past experiences, relationship patterns, and different parts of the self shape present-day emotions and behaviors. My style is collaborative, steady, and attuned - balancing emotional depth with a pace that feels safe and manageable. I have a particular focus on working with racially and ethnically diverse clients and gender-diverse populations. My expertise includes integrating arts-based mindfulness practices to support emotional expression, identity development, and psychological wellness. Across my work, I am committed to providing equitable, affirming, and evidence-based care for the BIPOC and LGBTQIA+ communities.
