My approach to therapy is trauma-informed and grounded in care, honesty, and relationships. I believe therapy is most healing when you feel truly seen and safe, so I show up authentically and create space for you to do the same. Together, we can explore the challenges you’re facing, honor your story, and work toward growth and healing at your pace. I work with people navigating life transitions, those with experiences in the foster care system, individuals processing trauma, and young people stepping into adulthood. These moments in life can feel overwhelming, but I believe they also hold possibility and I’m here to support you through them with compassion and curiosity.
