With a compassionate and client-centered approach, I specializing in working with young adults who experience anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, and those pivotal moments when life feels uncertain or off-track. My work also includes supporting individuals in the perinatal period—a time that can bring both joy and unexpected emotional challenges. As a mom myself, who experienced perinatal mood and anxiety disorders, I understand how layered this chapter can be. I’m here to help clients feel grounded, supported, and more connected to themselves during it all. One of my favorite quotes is, "Even your worst days only have 24 hours."
