Introduction

I have over 15 years working with kids, teens, and adults. If you’re feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or impacted by past experiences, you’re not alone. I specialize in working with individuals navigating trauma, anxiety, depression, anger, and self-harm. My approach focuses on helping you build effective coping skills while also addressing the root causes of your struggles. As a parent, military spouse, and veteran, I understand how life stressors can become overwhelming. I provide a supportive, nonjudgmental space where you can begin to heal and move forward. I support my clients by building upon the strengths that they already have, and support them as they learn new ways of coping with their past and present. I do this through psychoeducation, EMDR, CBT and DBT techniques, somatic interventions, mindfulness, as well as a variety of other trauma informed interventions. Life can be overwhelming and exhausting, but meaningful change is possible. I am available to support you through this journey of learning and healing. I invite you to contact me to see if my style and expertise are a fit for what you or your loved one is currently needing.
