Introduction

With more than 15 years of experience working with children, adolescents, and adults, I am dedicated to helping individuals and families navigate life's challenges with compassion and support. If you are feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or affected by difficult past experiences, you do not have to face it alone. I specialize in working with individuals across the lifespan who are experiencing trauma, anxiety, depression, anger, and self-harming behaviors. When working with children and adolescents, I collaborate closely with caregivers to support not only the child or teen but the entire family system. My work incorporates evidence-based approaches, including play therapy, sand tray therapy, and family systems interventions. My therapeutic approach focuses on helping clients develop effective coping strategies while addressing the underlying causes of their struggles. I strive to create a supportive, nonjudgmental environment where healing, growth, and meaningful change can occur. I believe each person already possesses unique strengths and resilience. Together, we build upon those strengths while exploring new ways to manage both past and present challenges. I utilize a variety of trauma-informed approaches, including psychoeducation, EMDR, CBT, DBT, somatic interventions, mindfulness practices, and other evidence-based techniques tailored to each client's needs. Life can feel overwhelming and exhausting, but healing and lasting change are possible. I would be honored to support you on your journey toward greater understanding, growth, and well-being. I invite you to reach out to discuss whether my approach and experience may be a good fit for you or your loved one.
