Life can feel overwhelming when emotions seem to go from 0 to 100, anxiety takes over, or you feel like you’re constantly trying to hold everything together while struggling internally. You may find yourself overthinking, people-pleasing, feeling stuck in old patterns, or simply trying to navigate a season of change. Whether you’re seeking support for yourself, your child, or your relationship, therapy can be a space to slow down, feel understood, and begin making meaningful changes. My approach to therapy is warm, conversational, and tailored to the person in front of me. I draw from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Brainspotting, Gottman Method, and person-centered approaches to help clients better understand themselves while developing practical tools they can use outside of the therapy room. I work with concerns including anxiety, depression, trauma, life transitions, behavioral and school concerns, relationship challenges, and self-esteem. I believe therapy doesn’t have to feel intimidating or overly clinical. My goal is to create a space where you can show up as you are, feel genuinely heard, and work toward feeling more grounded, confident, and equipped to navigate whatever life brings.
