Introduction

Are you struggling with anxiety, sleepless nights, or memories from the past that won't let go? Maybe you're navigating a major life change and feeling overwhelmed. You want to feel like yourself again—calm, confident, and in control. I specialize in helping adolescents and adults process trauma, manage anxiety, and overcome insomnia using EMDR and CBT-I. My approach is warm, strengths-based, and tailored to you. Together, we'll uncover what's holding you back and build the tools you need to move forward. You don't have to figure this out alone—I'm here to help. My focus is trauma, anxiety, and sleep issues. I use EMDR to help you heal from difficult experiences and CBT-I to break the cycle of insomnia. I also guide clients through life changes and support adolescents with mental health. My style is collaborative and Strength-Based—I meet you where you are and help you move forward with clarity and confidence. I know reaching out isn't easy. Maybe you've been putting it off, unsure if anyone will truly understand. I see you, and what you're going through matters. Therapy is a space where you can be you—no judgment, just support. You've already taken the hardest step by looking for help. I'm here when you're ready. Let's talk about what healing could be possible!
