Introduction

Are you feeling overwhelmed by big emotions or struggling through a difficult life transition? Are you feeling concerned or stuck about your child’s behavior or emotions? If this sounds familiar, I’m glad you’re here. Together, we can work toward understanding what’s going on and build skills to help you or your child feel more grounded and supported. I work with children, teens, and adults, and have experience working with a variety of concerns including anxiety, life transitions, emotional regulation, and behavioral challenges. I also have experience working with members of the LGBTQ+ community. Everyone is welcome here. I use a person centered approach, also combining cognitive behavioral techniques, dialectical behavioral therapy, mindfulness based approaches, and play therapy with children. My passion is to create a space where you and/or your child feel comfortable, safe, and supported. I graduated with my Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Indiana State University, and my Master’s degree in Counseling from Eastern Illinois University. In my free time, I love traveling, reading, and spending time with my friends and family (and my cat)! I look forward to meeting and getting to know you soon!
