Introduction

I am passionate about sitting with my clients in their darkest spaces and helping them to work through and find their own lights. I have both an undergraduate and Master’s degree in Social Work and am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. I have worked with adults, adolescents and emerging adults in the field of substance abuse and mental health since 2007. In my spare time, I am a mom to three boys and love spending time with them, friends and in the gym.
