I believe everyone deserves a space to process, heal, and grow no matter the circumstance. My therapeutic approach is rooted in collaboration, resiliency, and compassion. I believe healing is a nonlinear process and unique to each individual. I am passionate about facilitating a safe environment in which individuals can explore their own path of self-discovery. I use experiential, expressive arts, body-based, cognitive, and behavioral approaches in my work with clients. I work with teens and adults who have experienced trauma, loss, and eating disorders. In my clinical work I focus primarily on trauma processing, self-esteem issues, including body image concerns, self-worth development, and self-exploration, as well as disordered eating, depressive disorders, and anxiety disorders. My theoretical framework is built upon expressive arts, evidence and eco-based, and compassionate, person-centered therapies. I value ritual and so I may begin a session by asking my clients to consider an intention for our time together. This may take form in numerous ways, and I collaborate with you to develop personalized rituals that align with a specific part or parts of yourself.
