My approach to therapy is relational, warm, and informed by psychodynamic, attachment, and trauma principles. I think of therapy as a way to deepen your understanding of yourself, your relationships, and your challenges so you can experience more freedom, clarity, and connection in your life. Together, we can explore the roots of your patterns and struggles to develop meaningful, lasting change in your life. I believe therapy works best as a collaborative process that honors your lived experience, insight, and wisdom as essential to our work together. I’m especially passionate about longer-term, depth-oriented therapy that allows us to thoughtfully explore how our mental health and relationships are shaped not only by personal history, but also by larger systems of oppression and privilege, including our experiences of race, class, ability, and gender.
