I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in Kansas and Missouri with professional experience dating back to 2006. My background spans foster care, adoption, traumatic brain injury rehabilitation, substance use treatment, the legal system, mental health, and healthcare—experiences that have deepened my understanding of the complex factors shaping well-being and resilience. In my practice, I support adults navigating substance use, life transitions, and self-esteem concerns. My approach is integrative and trauma-informed, combining Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), person-centered methods, and somatic practices to address both mind and body for lasting growth. I believe you are the expert of your own story and already hold many of the strengths needed for healing. My role is to help you recognize and build upon those strengths in a supportive, nonjudgmental space. Taking the first step toward a more balanced and fulfilling life takes courage—and I’m here to walk with you through that process.
