If you tend to feel overwhelmed by your thoughts, hard on yourself, or stuck in patterns that are difficult to break, you’re not alone, and you don’t have to navigate it on your own. I work with teens, college students, adults, and couples who are navigating anxiety, stress, or depression, coping with grief or major life transitions, or feeling stuck in cycles of perfectionism, self-doubt, or relationship challenges. My approach is grounded in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and informed by other evidence-based practices, depending on your individual needs and goals. For couples, I draw from Gottman Method Couples Therapy to help partners strengthen their emotional connection, improve communication, and navigate conflict with greater empathy and understanding. I strive to create a space that feels warm, supportive, and nonjudgmental, where you can show up as your full, authentic self. I believe meaningful change begins when you feel safe, understood, and genuinely supported. From there, we’ll work collaboratively toward growth, resilience, and lasting change.
