If you tend to feel overwhelmed by your thoughts, hard on yourself, or stuck in patterns that are difficult to break, you’re not alone, and you don’t have to navigate it on your own. I work with teens, college students, and young adults who are navigating anxiety, stress, or depression, coping with grief or major life transitions, or feeling caught in cycles of perfectionism, self-doubt, or relationship challenges. My approach is grounded in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and informed by other evidence-based practices, depending on your individual needs and goals. Together, we’ll explore how your thoughts, emotions, and behaviors are connected, while building practical tools to help you feel more steady, confident, and in control during difficult moments. I strive to create a space that feels warm, supportive, and nonjudgmental, where you can show up as your full, authentic self. I believe meaningful change begins when you feel safe, understood, and genuinely supported. From there, we’ll work collaboratively toward growth, resilience, and lasting change.
