Therapy can help you break free from patterns that no longer serve you, including overthinking, people-pleasing, emotional shutdown, or feeling disconnected from yourself and others. Many of the clients I work with are high-functioning on the outside but feel stuck, overwhelmed, or unsure how to move forward. I help clients make sense of their reactions, understand how past experiences continue to show up in the present, and build practical, sustainable ways to respond with more clarity and control. The goal isn’t to fix you, but to help you feel more grounded, confident, and in charge of your life. While some things are outside of our control, we do have influence over how we interpret situations and how we respond. In our work together, we’ll explore questions like, “What is my role here?” and “What is my responsibility?," not from a place of blame, but from a place of empowerment and choice. My approach is thoughtful, direct, and collaborative. I view therapy as a space to talk, and a space to gain insight and create meaningful, lasting change. If you’re looking for more clarity, steadiness, and relief (and want support that feels both grounded and actionable) I invite you to reach out. All sessions are virtual, so therapy fits into your life, not the other way around.
