Introduction

As a therapist, I bring curiosity, insight, and empathy to every session. I work with teens, adults, and couples on a variety of concerns, including mental health issues, life stressors, relationship difficulties, and challenges at school or work. As a proud AuDHD person, I can help you navigate life in a way that makes sense to you. I am passionate about supporting people impacted by trauma, and will walk beside you as you process, explore, learn, heal, and thrive. As an LGBTQIA+ and neurodivergent-affirming provider, I strive to create a space of safety and acceptance, where all aspects of your identity are honored and valid. My therapeutic approach draws from multiple evidence-based modalities, but is always client-centered, strengths-based, and tailored to your unique needs and goals. Whether you're processing the past, facing current challenges, or looking to improve your relationships, we'll work together to create a path forward that feels meaningful and relevant. I bring lived experience, honesty, and humor into the therapeutic space. Healing is hard work, but you don't have to do it alone. My goal is to help you build on your strengths, release unhelpful narratives, and move toward a more connected, authentic, and joyful life.
