Introduction

Hi, I’m Molly! I know that reaching out for therapy can be a big step, and I want to make the process feel as welcoming and comfortable as possible. My approach is warm, supportive, and action-oriented—I don’t just listen, I help you create real, lasting change. I specialize in working with adults who feel stuck—whether in unhealthy habits, addiction, motivation struggles, anxiety, or depression. If you’ve tried therapy before and felt like just talking about your problems didn’t help, you’re in the right place. Using evidence-based approaches like TEAM-CBT, I help clients identify what’s holding them back and develop practical, effective tools to move forward. As a person in recovery myself, I understand firsthand the challenges that come with making lasting changes. I also have experience working with children, teens, and adults facing mood disorders, addictions, behavior patterns, and relationship issues, as well as those simply seeking general support. My background includes working in both inpatient and outpatient settings, giving me a broad perspective on how to best help clients at different stages of their journey. Whatever you’re facing, you don’t have to go through it alone. If you're ready to take the next step, I’d love to support you on your journey. Let’s work together to help you build the life you want.
