Hi, I’m Molly, the founder of Rust & Rose Therapy. I came to this work with a deep respect for how complex it can be to navigate seasons of change. Whether you’re experiencing anxiety, relationship challenges, perinatal or postpartum experiences, substance use, or shifts in identity, therapy can offer a space to slow down, make sense of what’s happening, and begin to move forward with more clarity. I work with individuals and couples who may feel overwhelmed, stuck in patterns, or disconnected from themselves or others. I have a special interest in supporting clients through life transitions, including parenthood and the evolving roles and expectations that come with it. My approach is collaborative, thoughtful, and grounded in creating a space where you feel both supported and gently challenged. Together, we’ll explore what’s getting in the way, build insight, and develop tools that feel realistic and meaningful in your day-to-day life. Starting therapy can feel like a big step—but it doesn’t have to be overwhelming. If you’re considering reaching out, you’re already moving in the right direction.
