Hello there – I’m Dr. Molly Michaels, Ph.D., a registered psychological associate. I know how heavy it can feel to carry anxiety, depression, trauma, or stress, and my goal is to create a safe, supportive space where you feel understood and not alone. I’m proud to be part of the California Psychology Center, working alongside psychologists who offer compassionate, research-supported care. Clients often describe my style as warm and collaborative, with a genuine focus on helping them build resilience, ease distress, and make meaningful changes that last. I work with people navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, stress, behavioral concerns, and perfectionism. I draw from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), blending these evidence-based tools with a relational approach that’s always tailored to your needs. I believe therapy should feel like a true partnership where all parts of you are welcome. My hope is to help you strengthen emotional well-being, find balance, and feel more confident as you face life’s challenges. It would be an honor to walk alongside you on your journey toward healing, growth, and fulfillment.
