Introduction

Hello! I have been a therapist for almost 20 years now. I have been in private practice for 15 years. I got started in social work and therapy with a desire to be there for my fellow humans, and didn't really know how impactful that would be to me. I love my job. I love working with others and am often humbled to be a witness to others' learning and growth. I see folks with depression, anxiety, OCD, trauma, relationship needs, and those going through life transitions. I have specialty training in EMDR and EXRP. I aim to provide a meaningful service to others through connection, understanding, humor, and expertise.
