Client Population: My practice focuses on helping Washington State and California residents navigate life transitions, and the anxiety and depression symptoms that may come along with these transitions. I am most passionate in my work with girls and women across the lifespan, especially during the perinatal and postpartum periods. I see clients ages 16+. Insurance and Super Bills: I am in network with Premera Blue Cross, LifeWise, and those who have BlueCard coverage within the Blue Cross Blue Shield network. This includes the Anthem Blue Cross network. It is important to verify with your insurance that I am an in-network provider for your plan, if desired. If I am out-of-network with your insurance, I am happy to provide a super bill for you to submit to your insurance company. Please see below for a full list of insurance networks. Professional Background: I have been in practice for 9+ years. For the first half of my career, I worked as a clinical social worker and therapist in some of the top hospital and medical facilities on the West Coast, notably Children's Hospital Los Angeles and Fred Hutchinson Cancer Research Center. I transitioned to private practice several years ago to provide more long-term and individualized support to clients and families. I graduated from University of California Los Angeles (UCLA) in 2018 with my Master of Social Welfare (MSW). While earning my Master Degree, I also held internships working with foster youth and then, most notably, was one of the first UCLA MSW students accepted to be a Clinical Social Work Intern at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center in Los Angeles, CA. I worked with all kinds of populations including oncology, pediatrics, NICU, ICU, emergency department, and more.
