Introduction

ABOUT MY PRACTICE Bringing a child into the world—or navigating the difficult journey toward parenthood—can be one of life’s most profound transitions. I specialize in supporting individuals through the complexities of the perinatal period, including Perinatal and Postpartum Anxiety and OCD, infertility, and miscarriage. In addition to my perinatal work, I provide therapy for teenagers and adults (ages 16+) navigating generalized anxiety and Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder (OCD). I also specialize in working with medical complexity. This includes providing expert support for individuals in active cancer treatment or those undergoing intensive medical interventions, as well as families adjusting to complex medical diagnoses. With 10 years of experience in the field, my goal is to provide a warm and caring connection rooted in clinical expertise to give you the support you need to be your best self. CLINICAL BACKGROUND Prior to opening my private practice, I was a Clinical Social Worker at several top medical centers on the West Coast, including Fred Hutchinson Cancer Research Center, Children's Hospital Los Angeles, and Cedars-Sinai Medical Center. I worked extensively with families dealing with medical crises, including Oncology, NICU, and Medical Genetics. My clinical background provides me with an excellent framework for understanding the profound emotional toll of medical uncertainty and intensive treatment plans. I am a member of Perinatal Support Washington and remain deeply connected with local perinatal support networks to provide holistic care for my clients. PRACTICE DETAILS AND CONSULTATIONS I see clients residing in Washington State or California. All sessions, including initial consultations, are 53 minutes long and $195. If in-network, I will bill your insurance. If not in-network, payment is due at the time of service via the client portal. BILLING AND PAYMENT POLICIES If in-network, sessions can be billed to your insurance. If out-of-network, the session fee is $195. Payment for all consultations and appointments is due at the time of service, and an active credit card must be kept on file to be charged accordingly. You are responsible for all remaining costs including copays, coinsurance, or other insurance-related fees. For out-of-network clients, the $195 fee is due at the time of service without exception, regardless of plans to seek reimbursement. I can provide you with a superbill which you are responsible for submitting to your insurance for out-of-network benefits. ONBOARDING AND CONTACT All clients must complete paperwork, consent forms, and clinical measures via the portal before we can meet for an appointment. If you have trouble accessing the portal, please contact me. Interested clients may reach out via the links on this website, by email at molly@mollyrebacktherapy.com, or by phone/text at 425-276-8866. Please expect a response within 1-2 business days. I look forward to the opportunity to support you.
