We work with children, teens, and families through a lens of understanding how each person's needs fit within the larger family system. Our practice specializes in play therapy and expressive approaches for younger children, combined with evidence-based techniques tailored to each developmental stage. We help kids and teens process anxiety, depression, and trauma while coaching parents through the shifts and challenges that arise. Whether you're navigating a child's behavioral changes, supporting a teen through a difficult transition, or working to strengthen your whole family's resilience, we meet you where you are. We offer both in-person sessions in Wheaton and Aurora, Illinois, and virtual appointments for flexibility. We accept Blue Cross Blue Shield and Aetna insurance.
