I've been practicing psychiatric-mental health nursing since 2017 across family practice, intensive outpatient programs, and private practice. I work with children, teenagers, and adults—whether you're starting medication for the first time, returning after a break, or seeking a second opinion. My approach centers on three core principles: safety first, meaning I start low and monitor closely; shared decision-making, because you know your life best and I bring clinical expertise; and a whole-person perspective, recognizing that medication works best alongside therapy, healthy habits, and meaningful support. I specialize in anxiety, depression, trauma, ADHD, bipolar disorder, OCD, autism spectrum disorder, and many other conditions. I use evidence-based approaches including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and family-focused interventions. I'm accepting new clients and offer both telehealth and in-person appointments, accepting Aetna, Anthem, Cigna Healthcare, HUSKY Health, and Optum. Let's start with a brief introductory call to see if we're a good fit.
