Introduction
I pursued a career in counseling to gain a deeper understanding of myself, my family, and my peers. In the process, I found joy in aiding others to understand themselves better. My extensive experience spans various roles in the mental health sector, including crisis intervention specialist, substance abuse counselor, behavioral health therapist, inpatient psychiatric therapist, and private practice contractor. These positions have equipped me with the necessary tools and insights to effectively assist my clients in achieving their objectives. Unbeknownst to me, my quest for self-understanding would evolve into a passionate life mission to help others.
