As a therapist, my journey began with a simple belief of people deserving to have a new day and a space where they can be seen and supported as they work towards their new day to make progress. I have had the privilege of walking alongside clients as they worked on anxiety, depression, stress, etc. I specialize in helping clients understand their emotional experiences while helping them with strategies for coping and growth. The approach that I use is collaborative and tailored to drawing from CBT, MI and mindfulness to meet your unique needs.
