Introduction

Now offering in-person appointments! (Portland area) You don't have to keep carrying this alone. I help people who are ready to understand their past, heal what still hurts, and create a more connected, meaningful life. I use a gentle, strength based & trauma informed approach grounded in EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization & Reprocessing) and IFS (Internal Family Systems-little family of different parts with in us). Together, we will make sense of your experiences, calm your nervous system and reconnect with the wise, resilient part of you thats been there all along. I work with individuals who are survivors of trauma, and provide a safe, compassionate space to process what feels stuck and move forward with greater self-compassion and empowerment. Using EMDR, I can help you process distressing experiences and reduce the emotional intensity that can keep you feeling stuck. With IFS, we'll explore and heal the different parts of you, especially those shaped by trauma, so you can feel more whole, balanced and in control. Together, we'll build tools to regulate your nervous system, deepen self-trust, and create lasting change. Nobody can go back and start a new beginning, but anyone can start today & make a new ending." -Maria Robinson
