I work with adults who often appear to have it all together while carrying invisible weight, feeling overwhelmed, disconnected, or emotionally exhausted beneath the surface. Many of my clients have spent years prioritizing others' needs over their own, minimizing difficult experiences, or questioning their worth. As a Licensed Professional Counselor and doctoral candidate in clinical psychology, I help clients understand how these patterns developed and explore what it might look like to respond to themselves with compassion and clarity. My work centers on trauma, anxiety, depression, women's mental health, relationship challenges, and self-worth, particularly how past experiences shape present patterns. I'm especially drawn to understanding the connection between attachment, relational dynamics, and the ways we communicate, set boundaries, and evaluate ourselves. My approach is relational and collaborative: warm and supportive, yet willing to gently challenge patterns that keep you stuck. I believe meaningful progress comes from curiosity about yourself rather than self-criticism. I help clients strengthen their sense of self, recognizing their needs, trusting their instincts, communicating directly, and making choices aligned with their values. I'm trained in trauma-focused and somatic approaches, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and mindfulness-based work. I'm accepting new clients and offer both telehealth and in-person sessions.
