I take an integrative approach to counseling, tailoring the therapeutic process to meet your unique needs, strengths, and goals. For clients who desire it, faith and spirituality can be incorporated into our work together as a source of support, healing, and meaning. I work collaboratively with women to help them navigate life's challenges, build confidence, strengthen resilience, and live with greater purpose and authenticity.
