I believe understanding ourselves often begins with exploring the relationships and patterns that have shaped us. As a mental health practitioner, I work with individuals, couples, and families across the lifespan—from toddlers to older adults—using an integrative, relational approach grounded in curiosity, connection, and accountability. My work is informed by attachment theory and family systems, recognizing how our experiences and relationships influence the ways we understand ourselves, navigate emotions, and connect with others. I thoughtfully integrate additional therapeutic approaches, including emotionally focused work, Gottman-informed strategies, Internal Family Systems (IFS) concepts, and Christian counseling when desired, tailoring therapy to your unique experiences, values, and goals. Whether you're navigating relationship challenges, grief, anxiety, parenting questions, identity exploration, or life transitions, I'm here to help you develop greater self-awareness and strengthen the connections that matter most. My goal is to create a compassionate, collaborative space where meaningful, lasting change becomes possible. I offer both in-person and telehealth sessions and am currently accepting new clients.
