My approach is fundamentally relational. I am dedicated to creating a safe space for better understanding my clients' unique needs, circumstances, and goals. I believe in a collaborative process of exploration, empowerment, & healing. I work with adolescents, young adults, families, and adults to accompany & support them in navigating a wide range of challenges and life transitions.
