Introduction

I know what it feels like to live on autopilot—stuck, overwhelmed, going through the motions while holding everything together for everyone else. As a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), I work with young adults and adults navigating anxiety, depression, relationship struggles, family conflict, and major life transitions. Whether you're questioning who you are, processing an existential crisis, or simply feeling lost, I'm here to help you reconnect with what matters and build a life that feels intentional and true to you. My approach is warm and conversational, blending evidence-based therapies like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), family work, and existential exploration with genuine curiosity and practical tools. I'm culturally sensitive and affirming, particularly in working with LGBTQIA+ individuals and those navigating complex identities. I see individuals, couples, and families via telehealth, and I'm currently accepting new clients. I work with most major insurances. You don't need to have it all figured out before reaching out—let's make sense of what you're experiencing together.
