Accepting new clients! Starting therapy can feel intimidating, whether you’re reaching out for yourself or for your child. Big emotions, behavior challenges, anxiety, or patterns like self-harm can make life feel overwhelming and difficult to navigate alone. Having a safe and supportive space to talk, process, and build new tools can make a meaningful difference. I work with children (ages 3+), teens, and adults navigating anxiety, depression, ADHD, autism, behavioral challenges, self-harm, suicidal ideation, bipolar disorder, and borderline personality disorder. I have particular experience supporting neurodivergent individuals and school-aged children who are struggling with emotional regulation or behavior concerns at home or in school. I also work as a school psychologist. and this background helps me understand the developmental and emotional needs that show up during childhood and adolescence. My goal is for clients to feel comfortable expressing and exploring themselves without judgment. I truly enjoy the work that I do and consider it a privilege to support people through their healing process. Whether you’re seeking support for yourself or your child, therapy can be a powerful step toward feeling more understood, stable, and hopeful.
