Introduction

Welcome! I'm Morag S. Webb, LMFT. As a licensed psychotherapist in Newport Beach, CA, I work individually with young adults and adults experiencing anxiety, self-doubt, relationship trauma, emotionally immature or narcissistic family relationships, and with clients facing difficult decisions and major life transitions. I offer a grounded, compassionate approach that integrates psychological insight, trauma-informed care, and, when desired, a Christian perspective, to support emotional, relational, and spiritual healing. Our work together will strengthen your sense of self, deepen your understanding of your relationships, and facilitate change when ineffective habits and beliefs about yourself keep you stuck. I welcome questions, complexity and honest exploration. I believe therapy should reduce or eliminate symptoms, offer practical help, and facilitate a growth process that allows you to become more fully yourself. A constructive therapy process increases your emotional capacity, brings understanding to your relationship patterns, and helps you practice courage so that you can make intentional choices. I would count it a privilege to meet you where you are, and invite you to call or set up a free consultation.
