Introduction

Morgan (she/her/hers) is a licensed professional counselor associate (LPC-A). Morgan strives to create a safe and welcoming space for clients by focusing on the strength and power of collaborative therapeutic relationships. She provides consistent, unconditional positive regard and is dedicated to meeting clients' individualized needs by using an integrative approach to counseling. Some interventions Morgan uses include cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT), motivational interviewing, and mindfulness techniques. Morgan has experience working with individuals of all ages facing a variety of mental health problems, including depression, anxiety, obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD), attention-deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD), personality disorders, trauma, life transitions, body image, substance use, and more. Morgan is attentive to ongoing cultural competence, and provides both gender-affirming and anti-racist care. Morgan received her B.A. in Psychology from the University of New Hampshire and her M.S. in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Merrimack College. In her free time, Morgan enjoys taking walks with her dog, spending time with family and friends, and crafting. Morgan has been dancing for 20+ years and currently choreographs for local studios.
