Introduction

I am a certified clinical trauma professional and holds certifications in eye movement desensitization and reprocessing (EMDR), somatic therapy, and ADHD clinical services. I have over ten years of experience working as a social worker with individuals and families and in clinical practice. I have devoted my career working with individuals suffering from symptoms related to (complex) posttraumatic stress. Alongside my professional experience, I have been on my own healing journey, which has also led to my commitment and passion for helping others improve their lives.
