I offer culturally sensitive, thoughtful therapy to individuals, couples, families and children navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, PTSD, OCD, eating disorders, ADHD, and LGBTQ+-related concerns. Over the years, I’ve had the opportunity to work in service-driven institutions, supporting individuals from diverse backgrounds. These experiences deepened my belief that real change begins when we give ourselves permission to be radically honest about what we feel, what we need, and what we’ve been through. I don’t see therapy as a way to erase those feelings, but as a chance for us to listen to what they’re trying to tell you. I integrate CBT, Motivational Interviewing, and Psychodynamic Therapy in my work. This means we’ll explore how your thoughts, emotions, and early attachments shape the way you experience the world today, and how together we can begin to shift what feels stuck. The most meaningful part of this work for me is witnessing those quiet shifts: when someone feels a little lighter, when a long-held truth starts to make sense in a new way. Change often starts in small steps. I’m here to support you as you take those steps toward yourself with patience, honesty, and care.
