You don't have to keep struggling, and you especially don't have to do this alone. I work with clients who find themselves in this pattern: they know something isn't right, but they often try to push harder, criticize themselves more, and refuse asking for help. This typically exacerbates the "ick" felt in everyday life, like chronic shame and guilt; challenges in your most important relationships; anxiety, depression, and trauma causing constant thought loops and stuckness; and struggles with your body image and food. Everything in our life is a relationship, whether it's our relationship to food, our bodies, our work, or the important people in our lives. This is what informs my work as an EMDR therapist, who uses attachment theory and a relational approach, as well as relying on somatics, Internal Family Systems, and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy. Therapy is tailored to your unique needs and always at the pace that feels right for you. I'm excited to work with you and, most of all, I want you to know you don't have to do this alone. I'm grateful to be a part of this next phase!
