I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) with a passion for supporting children, adolescents, and transitional-age youth as they navigate life’s challenges. I earned my Bachelor’s degree from University of Pittsburgh and my Master’s degree in Counseling from Duquesne University. My clinical experience has primarily focused on working with young people struggling with anxiety, depression, and difficulties with emotional expression and regulation. I strive to create a safe, supportive, and collaborative space where clients feel heard, understood, and empowered. I believe that when children and adolescents are given the tools to better understand their emotions and experiences, they build resilience, confidence, and stronger relationships. My approach is warm, strengths-based, and developmentally appropriate. I work closely with families when appropriate to ensure that progress in therapy translates into meaningful change in everyday life. My goal is to help clients develop practical coping skills, increase emotional awareness, and feel more confident managing the challenges they face.
