Introduction

Hi! I'm Morgan. I bring warmth, honesty, and direct conversation into the therapy room. I like to say, “no BS, just breakthroughs.” We can talk about the hard stuff, make room for humor, and be real about what’s working, and what isn’t. I want to understand more than the symptoms that brought you in. We’ll look at your experiences, relationships, coping patterns, and the pressures you’re carrying. Together, we’ll explore what’s keeping you stuck and work toward changes that matter to you. My approach is more holistic and trauma-informed, I’m trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR). My background in both social work and alcohol and drug counseling also informs how I approach trauma, substance use, and recovery.
