Introduction

Relationships can be one of the most meaningful parts of our lives—but they can also be where we experience the deepest hurt, conflict, and disconnection. Whether you and your partner feel caught in repeated arguments, are navigating trust after betrayal, or simply want to strengthen your relationship, therapy can offer a space to slow down and better understand what is happening beneath the surface. I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist- Associate who works with couples, families, and individuals navigating relationship challenges, trauma, and life transitions. My work focuses on helping partners and families move out of painful cycles of conflict and toward greater emotional safety, understanding, and connection. Marriage and Family Therapy is grounded in a systemic perspective, meaning we explore not only individual experiences but also the relational patterns, family dynamics, cultural influences, and environmental stressors that shape your relationships. Together, we identify patterns that may be keeping you stuck and develop healthier ways of communicating and supporting one another. My approach is trauma-informed, collaborative, and strengths-based. I also have extensive experience supporting individuals and families impacted by domestic violence, sexual assault, and relational trauma. I work thoughtfully to ensure therapy remains a safe, empowering environment for healing.
