You don't have to have everything figured out before you begin. Therapy can be a space to slow down, understand yourself more deeply, and make room for something different. My goal is to create a warm, grounded environment where you feel comfortable being honest, curious, and fully yourself. I work with individuals navigating perfectionism, relationship challenges, identity exploration, life transitions, eating concerns, and attachment patterns. I draw from EMDR, CBT, DBT, and attachment-based approaches, tailoring our work to your experiences and goals rather than following a one-size-fits-all formula. Sometimes therapy means processing what has happened. Sometimes it means understanding why you keep finding yourself in the same patterns. And sometimes it's simply about creating enough space to figure out what you want next. Wherever you are in that process, we can start there. I offer in-person and telehealth sessions and am currently accepting new clients.
