I am a Clinical Mental Health Counseling Intern who enjoys helping adults feel more grounded, understood, and connected to themselves. I work with individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, substance use, and life transitions and beyond, with a special interest in supporting women through experiences such as pregnancy, motherhood, changes in identity, and the demands of caring for others. My background includes nearly three years in inpatient psychiatry, where I learned the importance of meeting each person with compassion, curiosity, and without judgment. I believe there is much more to each person than a diagnosis or difficult season. My approach to therapy is warm, supportive, and collaborative. I draw from person-centered, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) techniques to help clients better understand their thoughts, emotions, and behaviors while developing practical tools for everyday life. I strive to create a welcoming, judgment-free space where you can feel comfortable being yourself, explore what you need, and work toward meaningful change at your own pace.
