Introduction

I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor and Perinatal Mental Health Specialist dedicated to helping adults navigate life's challenges with greater self-understanding, resilience, and compassion. I specialize in working with individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, self-esteem concerns, and perinatal mental health challenges, including pregnancy, postpartum, and the transition into parenthood. My approach is grounded in the belief that each person already possesses strengths and inner resources that can support healing and growth. Therapy is a collaborative process, and my role is to help you access those strengths while providing practical tools, support, and guidance along the way. I draw from a variety of evidence-based approaches, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), somatic practices, and other integrative therapeutic modalities. I also incorporate principles of body acceptance and body positivity, recognizing the important connection between our physical and emotional experiences. Together, we can work toward developing a more compassionate relationship with your body and yourself while processing and healing from difficult life experiences. Above all, I believe that every person has inherent worth and deserves a therapeutic space where they feel seen, supported, and respected. My goal is to meet you where you are and walk alongside you as you move toward meaningful change, healing, and a life that feels more aligned with your values. Whether you are navigating anxiety, trauma, relationship challenges, a major life transition, or the unique experiences of pregnancy and parenthood, I strive to create a warm, supportive environment where you can show up exactly as you are and feel empowered to grow.
