I am a dedicated licensed professional counselor who is passionate about helping people find a sense of balance and purpose in their lives. I have been in the counseling field since 2015. I believe in a holistic approach to counseling, creating a safe place to incorporate physical, mental, and spiritual aspects of life. Together, we will create a tailored plan that addresses your unique needs and goals. What to Expect: Wondering what to expect at your first appointment? The first session is a time to get to know you and to discuss your unique situation and your goals for therapy. It can be helpful to think of it as a conversation getting to know you and helping you know what to expect going forward. I aim to go at the pace you are comfortable with, ensuring you feel as comfortable as possible as we begin the therapeutic process. Often clients will meet with me every-other week when they begin sessions, but this can vary based on each client's needs. We will discuss frequency of sessions at the end of your first session. Faith-Based Counseling: If you are looking to integrate your faith into your healing process, I offer Christian counseling that combines biblical principles with therapeutic techniques to provide holistic support. If you are unsure of your faith, or struggling with your faith, I provide a safe and encouraging environment to discuss your doubts and concerns. I will meet you where you are at in your faith journey! Free Consultation: I offer a free 10-minute phone consultation for new clients to see if my services would be a good match with your needs. Payments can be made via debit, credit, HSA (health savings account), or FSA (flex savings account) card. Pricing is listed below. I can provide a superbill if you would like to submit your own out of network claims to insurance. Exceptions: Please note, because my practice is self-pay I am unable to see clients who have Medicare or Medicaid through state insurance due to the state's policy about out-of-network providers. Location: My practice is virtual. I am able to see clients who reside in Wisconsin, South Dakota, and Missouri.
