Introduction

You've probably spent a long time trying to hold it all together — staying busy, staying strong, keeping the peace. On the outside, maybe it looks like you're managing, but inside it's exhausting. Maybe what used to work isn't working anymore. You want to feel grounded, calm, connected again — not just get through the day. Therapy is a space to slow down and understand what's happening beneath the surface. Together, we'll make sense of your pattern — the ways you protect yourself, the emotions you've had to push down, and the parts of you that are hurting. My approach combines attachment-focused EMDR, Internal Family Systems parts work, Emotionally Focused Couples Therapy, mindfulness, and somatic based modalities to help you heal at the root, not just manage the symptoms. This work isn't about fixing you — it's about helping you reconnect with who you truly are in a more grounded and compassionate way. My role is to guide you as you move from surviving to truly living, from disconnection to self-trust, from struggle to peace. Together we'll explore what your patterns are trying to protect, and what they need to finally rest.
