Introduction

Therapy should feel engaging, supportive, and even challenging at times. If you’re looking for more than surface-level conversations and want meaningful change, this is the place to start. Because we're not just talking — we're rewiring your brain. At Lantern Path Psychotherapy, I offer therapy that is both deeply human and firmly grounded in science. My approach weaves together psychoeducation and holistic healing, honoring the full picture of who you are — body, brain, mind, and soul. Meaningful healing takes both compassion and clarity. That's why I rely on evidence-based treatment to guide our work — care that is tested, proven, and thoughtfully tailored to you. I combine clinically supported therapeutic approaches with accessible education about your brain and mental health, so you always understand what we're doing and why. With a background in neurobiology research and medical social work, I bring specialized expertise to grief, medical trauma, caregiving, chronic illness, ADHD, and attachment wounds. I also work closely with fellow clinicians and first responders — those who spend their lives caring for others and deserve care themselves. Clients from across the political spectrum are welcome here, including conservatives who may not always feel at home in therapy. All perspectives and values are treated with genuine respect.
