I’m a psychologist serving anxious and stressed working moms in North Carolina. Being a working mom can feel like carrying the weight of the world. Career demands, family responsibilities, and the constant pressure to “do it all” leaves you feeling drained and struggling to be mentally present. If you’re successful on the outside but anxious, overwhelmed, or exhausted on the inside, you’re not alone. Many high-achieving women are accomplished, capable, and deeply committed to their careers and their families, yet feel overwhelmed, emotionally drained, or stuck in cycles of worry and self-criticism. As a psychologist, I aim to help working moms understand their anxiety, manage stress and intrusive thoughts, and develop healthier ways of relating to themselves and their roles. I offer a supportive, nonjudgmental space where you can understand what you’re feeling and learn practical tools to feel more grounded in your values and mentally present. Life can be hard. Anxiety makes it harder. If you’re struggling, you don’t have to navigate it alone. I’d welcome the opportunity to connect and see whether working together feels like a good fit. With early morning and limited evening and weekend appointments available, therapy can fit into the realities of your work and family life.
