As a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor and Art Therapist, I specialize in working with individuals who are navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, grief and loss, relational challenges, life stage transitions, interpersonal conflict, and women's issues. My approach is deeply collaborative—therapy is a shared journey where I'm fully present and equally invested alongside you in each session. I believe healing happens through authentic connection and finding the right pathways for each individual. My practice draws from several evidence-based modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) principles, as well as Psychodynamic and Humanistic approaches. I also offer art therapy as an additional option for those interested in exploring creative expression as part of their healing process.
