Our Provider Moriah Blackmon, a licensed professional counselor, graduated from Regent University in 2019. She has extensive experience working with children, adolescents, and families through community-based services like intensive in-home care, crisis stabilization, and outpatient treatment. Using a strengths-based and person-centered approach, she tailors various treatment modalities to meet the unique needs of each child and family, promoting their mental and emotional well-being. She is trained in trauma-focused cognitive behavioral therapy, MATCH, critical incident stress management, and grief counseling. In her free time, she loves traveling, relaxing at the beach, and spending quality time with her family and two dogs.
