Introduction

Our work is grounded in the belief that healing happens in relationship — with ourselves, with others, and within the therapeutic connection. Drawing from attachment-based and relational frameworks, we create a collaborative, nonjudgmental space where clients can explore the patterns that shape their emotional world and relationships. We understand that meaningful change emerges through trust, curiosity, and attunement rather than quick fixes. In sessions, we focus on building emotional awareness, fostering secure attachment, and helping clients develop new ways of connecting that feel authentic and empowering. We have trainings in Gottman Method Couples Therapy and Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), integrating evidence-based approaches that support deeper communication, repair, and intimacy. Whether working with individuals, couples, we tailor our approach to honor each client’s story and pace of growth.
